Ingredients
1 box FERM organic tempeh (200g), crumbled after steaming for 10mins
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbls nutritional yeast
2 tbls dried parsley
1 tsp oregano
2 tbls tamari
2 tbls ketchup
Mix all ingredients together, heat up a pan to medium sizzle with your oil of choice (we swear by coconut oil), and pan-fry those balls until they’re golden and crispy on the outside.
Serve however your heart desires – whether in pasta, sandwiched, in a bowl, or solo with your favorite dip.
